Accelerated Freefall (AFF) Skydiving Course Print E-mail
Accelerated Freefall (AFF) is for those individuals who are interested in becoming a skydiver. After you have completed a full day of ground school, you will be ready for your first descent from 12,000ft. On your level 1 two instructors will exit the aircraft with you, and continue to teach you in freefall until your parachute opens at 5,000ft. Once the parachute is open you will be talked down by one of the instructors, using radios provided. Ace Skydiving has the highest standards for safety, and all courses strictly adhere to the British Parachuting Association's regulations.

After completing level 1 there are another 7 levels to be completed, and each level has different teaching objectives. Ace Skydiving believes the great bonus about AFF is the way the course can be tailored to the individual's needs, which means you will always get the most out of the course. This is an intensive course and for best results the jumps should be completed as close together as possible, which is why we offer courses abroad in Florida, California and Spain, as the weather in these countries can give a better chance of completing the course within a 10 day period. But courses are regularly available in the UK, and many students do complete the course within a week, weather permitting. If you're unsure about the full course then why not book for a level 1 only. Then if you do decide to continue the cost of the level 1 course will be deducted from the cost of the full course, which also makes a level 1 only a perfect gift - vouchers are available for level 1.
